Contract: Term‑time only, 32 hours and 30 minutes per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
This role is offered as a 12 month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to extend (subject to external funding).

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development? About the role
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate learning support assistant to provide 1:1 SEND support and small‑group interventions across a range of year groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Deliver small‑group sessions to build confidence, independence, and core skills
- Work with children across different year groups
- Assist with personal care, when required
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with pupils and families
- Formal qualifications are helpful, but a caring, proactive mindset is what matters most.
